Our market menus change week-to-week, but much of our offerings are allergen-friendly in a number of ways, including a majority of options that are vegan (dairy-free and egg-free), peanut-free, and nut-free.
Quality ingredients and ethical sourcing are very important to us. We do our best to use local, seasonal, and organic ingredients, and to work closely with local farmers to support their businesses and understand our regional availability. We also process and preserve these seasonal items whenever possible, to offer their goodness even during off-seasons. All of our flour is organic, locally-grown and locally-milled, with a focus on using whole and diverse grains. Many of our additional ingredients are sourced from our farmer friends, Frankferd Farms, and the East End Food Co-op, aand we are constantly looking for more ways to purchase from and support our local communities.
