4th Annual Fermentation Festival

We’re very excited to be joining our ferment-happy friends for the 4th Annual Pittsburgh Fermentation Festival!

Be sure to make your way over to Spirit on Sunday, February 17th to learn all about fermentation. The party starts at 11am and goes til’ 5pm.

Stop by our table to say hello! While supplies last, we’ll be sampling and selling some of our favorite breads and baked goods, along with some super top-secret spreads. We can’t give away what they are yet, but we promise that they’ll be very delicious on a slice of naturally-leavened toast.
